What happens if I am not happy with the service?
Talk to us first, because most problems are a conversation. Beyond that, your buyer representation agreement has a defined term and defined conditions for ending it, and you should read that section before you sign. Every registered brokerage in Ontario is also subject to the Real Estate Council of Ontario’s complaints process, and we are not an exception to it.
